It's been many years since we have been in her company but our memories of Aunt Helen have always been the best. It's amazing that many of my recollections of her were when I was a boy and we would visit her in Trenton.
The last time she and I spoke she had mentioned how much she enjoyed the trips she would take to Atlantic City to play the slots.
She is now at peace but I will continue to pray for her.

I remember Aunt Helen driving to my Mom's in her big fancy car. I admired her for her ability to drive from Trenton to Manville by herself. She seemed like she never stopped talking. But I listened and was interested in all she had to say. So many stories, especially about the ball players who stayed at the Plum St. house. Always smiling, so sure of herself, very confident in all she did. And that diet..!!! 2 hard boiled eggs and a box of Twinkies a day.....WOW...You go girl...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
