To Family of Charles Leonard,
On behalf of the Mercer Co. Federation of Holy Name Societies, I am expressing our sincerest condolences upon the recent passing of our spiritual brother Charles. While I personally didn't know Leonard, I noted that he was very active as a past Holy Name Society President and Secretary of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. His religious contributions to the Church of St. Ann were also most impressive---a dedicated member of the Parish.
Unfortunately, because of personal concerns about the corona virus, I will be unable to attend the Mass of Christian Burial and the interment services.
God of all consolation, in Your unending love and mercy for us show compassion to Your people in sorrow. We pray especially for our departed spiritual brother Leonard. May he, who has been so devoted to God in life, now find a place with Him in heaven.
Eternal rest grant to Leonard, O lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. Amen
