My recollection of Armand is different but the same. I was 15 years old and Armand, attending Temple Medical School was my camp counselor. He was a clear role model and very supportive the day I lost a front tooth to a softball.
He helped confirm my choice to become a physician.

I was shocked yesterday (11/5) when I saw the obituary on the bulletin board of Mercer County Special Services. Armand was one of the first people that I met when I came to Trenton as a young pediatrician in 1968. I will always remember his smiling face and friendly demeanor. He will be greatly missed.

My memories of Armand Ruderman are that he was a wonderful man as well as a doctor. I took my children who are now in their 40's to him from day 1 of their birth until they were 18. I Telling him a problem i was having with deb as an infant and he just looked at me, smiled and said this is only the beginning. Relax. I send my deepest sympathy to his wife, children and family. Your husband and dad was a great human being.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of such a great man! Dr. Ruderman was my pediatrician, as he was for my sister and several other family members. I recall his house visits when I was most ill. He was always kind, wise, and he had a smile that by itself could make you feel better! :)
Dr. Ruderman will be missed, but never forgotten. He has made the world a better place by meaning so much, to so many.
My thoughts, prayers and love go out to his family.

Dr. Ruderman took care of both of my children. When my three month old son was crying a lot and fussy all the time I said he was probably cutting teeth, doctor said it was much too soon of course when I went back the following month my son had two beautiful white teeth. Doctor Ruderman said oh my gosh when am I going to learn to listen to Mothers.
Great doctor
