Obituary of Marvin Harris

Marvin Harris, 61, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at home.

Marvin was a longtime resident of Lawrenceville.  He is a graduate of Chowan University in Murfreesboro, NC, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering.  Marvin was employed as an Engineering Tech with Rowan University.  Marvin was an avid golfer, and enjoyed watching the Oakland Raiders and Boston Bruins, cheering his teams on with his many friends.  He has a large and loving family in Richmond, VA, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Predeceased by his parents Robert M.C., Jr. and Grace Harris; he is survived by his cousins, many friends and colleagues.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 12 Noon at The Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville, 2688 Main Street, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Interment will follow at Lawrenceville Cemetery.

The viewing for Marvin will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 6-9PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
