Jan and family, we are all so sad at this news, but very grateful that we got to see you and Ed a few weeks ago, and that you both saw Dad in your visit to the hospital. He will be greatly missed by all, not the least for his ever ready font in humorous internet jokes. In sadness, Dianne

I am sorry about Ed passing. It was a shock to all of us. Ed always was able to bring a smile to my Dad face and could even make my Mom laugh which as we all know was not a easy task. His smile and his laugh will be missed. I'm so sorry Janet Rose

Cathy and I offer Jan all of the McGrath family our sincere condolences. I especially will miss Ed. Ed and I shared the same schools and classes from grammar through high school at TC. We sort of lost contact during college, grad school, Army, then work years, but I always without fail would get a call in the late summer from Ed to come to the reunions.
Cathy and I would sit at Jan and Ed’s side and Ed would give us a rundown of the activities of all of our friends that we shared, again from ages 5 to 18. He always amazed me about he kept contact with everyone.
So, Lord, I guess this is a wake-up call to cherish the friends and family we still have. We luckily will still have a McGrath influence with Martha and Rich Carroll so close to us. Thank you Lord for placing Eddie McGrath in my life, he added greatly to it.

To Janice, Bobby & Bryan...
Ed made us laugh; at him, at ourselves, at each other. He made working at NJM fun.
We missed him when he retired. We'll miss him now forever. Lights out, Ed!

Dear Janice, Please accept my sincere condolences on your untimely loss to you and your family. Eddie was one of the good guys who always had a positive and upbeat attitude on life. He was a trusted advisor whenever I had a question at NJM about billing, credit, etc. Even though he was an officer, he always treated everyone equally - even my daughter Christy when she worked in Cashiers several summers. I'm sorry I won't be able to come north to attend the services, but you all will be in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Bob
