Jean Bernadette Baranowski passed away on February 17, 2014. She was the wife of the late Walter F. Baranowski who died in 2000. She is survived by daughter Monica Raulf and husband Charles of East Millinocket, ME; and sons Walter Baranowski and wife Jacklyn of Lawrenceville, NJ and David Baranowski and wife Jacqueline of Lambertville, NJ; her grandchildren Christopher Raulf and wife Jennifer of New Egypt, NJ Michelle Champoux and husband Brian of Las Vegas, NV, Scott Raulf and wife Amanda; Stephanie Lamont and husband Richard of Lawrenceville, NJ, Judith Baranowski of Lawrenceville, NJ and Taylor Baranowski of Lambertville, NJ; her great-grandchildren Christopher Jr., Madison Jean and Hannah Melissa all of New Egypt; her brother George Krisak and wife Jennie of Trenton, NJ and sisters Georgianna Myatovich of Hamilton and Juliet Otterson and husband James of Niagara Falls, NY, Constance Freeze of Allentown, NJ and Monica Lund and husband Lawrence of Brentwood, Long Island; sister-in-law Elaine Krisak of Toms River, NJ and many nieces and nephews. In 2000 she was predeceased by her beloved husband Walter, who was the love of her life for 51 years. She was also predeceased by her parents Joseph and Julia Krisak; brothers Joseph, Edward, Andrew, Vincent, Thomas and Clifford Krisak and sisters Mary Bogacz, Helen King and Agnes Krisak. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, an excellent cook and homemaker. She especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who lovingly called her Nanny. Funeral services for Jean will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 10:30AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM at St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church. Calling hours will be held on Saturday morning from 9-10:30AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Hedwig Cemetery.
