Pasqualina Pirone, 68, of Pennington, died on Saturday with her loving family by her side, after a long battle with ovarian cancer. Born in Castelpetroso, Italy, she had been an area resident since moving to the United States in 1971. Daughter of the late Florindo and Maria Vacca Cifelli and sister of the late Giovanni Cifelli, she is survived by her loving husband, Francesco Pirone, her son and daughter-in-law, Sandro and Jennifer Pirone, her daughter and son-in-law, Enrica and Paul Scozzari, her beloved grandchildren, Ryan and Zachary Pirone, her brother and sister-in-law, Ugo and Addolorata Cifelli, her sister and brother-in-law, Flavia and Domenico Migliazza, her sister-in-law, Antonietta Cifelli, and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at The Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Memorial donations may be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, 2501 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 435, Dallas, TX 75219 or to the Church of St. Ann, Faith Development Center, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
