Mary Ann Inverso Donohue, 92, of San Francisco, California passed away peacefully at home on Saturday surrounded by her loving daughter and son-in -law. She was well loved in San Francisco and Trenton, her two homes. Born in Philadelphia, Mary Ann resided in Lawrenceville for many years prior to her move to San Francisco. She was a retiree of General Motors, Inland Fisher Guide, in Ewing Township where she was employed for 30 years. Mary Ann was a former devoted member of the Church of St. Ann and its Altar Rosary Society, Law. Twp. Senior Citizens Club # 5 and United Auto Workers Local #731. After her courageous move to San Francisco, she became a member of St. Kevin’s church in Bernal Heights. Daughter of the late Pietro and Teresa Cirrello Inverso, and wife of the late Keyron Joseph Donohue, and mother of the late Carole Ann Spottiswood; Mary Ann is survived by her daughter; Dr. Kate T. Donohue and her husband Notty B. Bumbo of San Francisco; her granddaughter, Michele Mary Spottiswood Kenzakowski and her husband Donald and her great-grandchildren, Benjamin Donald Kenzakowski and Joseph Kiernan Kenzakowski. Funeral services for Mary Ann will be held on Wednesday beginning at 9:00AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM at the Church of St. Ann, Lawrenceville. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Hamilton, NJ. Friends and relatives may call on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions given to Hospice by the Bay: 1902 Van Ness Avenue, Second floor, San Francisco, CA 94109 Phone: (415) 626-5900.
