YARDLEY - Patricia Ann Haviland Trigg of Yardley, PA passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Langhorne, PA surrounded by her husband and her loving children. Born in New York City on July 30, 1937, she was a resident of Yardley for over forty years. She was a member of The Church of Saint Ann in Lawrenceville, NJ. Patricia was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to many that knew her. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed gardening, sewing, reading, and entertaining friends. She was especially fond of spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed vacationing in Florida, Ireland, and Europe. Kiawah Island, South Carolina was her second home, and, she loved the beauty of the low country. Daughter of the late Harold Haviland, sister of the late William, David, Kathleen and James Haviland, Patricia is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Howard Trigg. In addition, loving relatives include her mother, Muriel Haviland, her daughter, Mary and son-in-law Jack Falchek, daughter, Jean and son-in-law Frank Whittaker, son Bobby Trigg and daughter Maureen and son-in-law Ronnie Kane. Patricia is also survived by her sisters, Dorothy Haviland, and Maureen Myers and brother-in-laws Bobby Hughes and Gary Myers. Her special grandchildren Katie and Sean Whittaker; Bridget and Aidan Kane; Ryan, Elyse, Michael and Maggie Falchek. She had numerous nieces and nephews, and was especially fond of Carolyn Massari and will be sadly missed by her dog, Stone. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10AM at The Church of Saint Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, June 20 from 5-8PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Interment will follow at The Lawrenceville Cemetery, Route 206, (Across from Cranstoun Farm Stand) Lawrenceville. In lieu of flowers, in Patricia’s name, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association 1160 Route 22 East, Suite 103 Bridgewater, New Jersey 08807.
