EWING - Ethel Goulding Webster, 88, passed away at home on Friday, April 12, surrounded by her loving family after an extended illness. Born in Trenton, Ethel was the daughter of Philip Wentz and Lucy Schwarzer Goulding. She was educated in the Trenton public schools and is a 1941 graduate of Trenton Central High School. She retired from Pitman-Moore pharmaceuticals, and worked at Estee Lauder, Lenox and Heinemann Electric. She was a member of the Hope Presbyterian Church in Lawrenceville, Busy C’s Senior Club of Ewing and the Morning Star No. 22 chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star in Hamilton Square. Ethel was a loving, caring and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Webster, Jr., daughter Lynn Webster, brother John Goulding and sister Erna Goulding. She is survived by her children: Charles and Roseann Webster III; Richard Webster; Thomas and Carrie Mae Webster; Patricia Webster Smith; Shelley Webster; Charlotte Webster Collins-Bowlby and David Bowlby; John and Debra Webster; David and Jennifer Webster; Cecelia Dorsey and Susan Katz; and Ethel’s brother Warren Goulding. She was affectionately known as Mom-Mom, Mom-Mom the Grape, and Ethel-Mom. Ethel, the matriarch of the family, was blessed with a loving extended family of 26 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews; and everyone she welcomed as her family. In between the many family activities and gatherings, Ethel enjoyed a daily dose of playing cards with her large family, which always included her favorite games of Skip-Bo, Liverpool Rummy or Catch Five. Interment will be held privately. All are welcome to a memorial service scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 20 at the Hope Presbyterian Church, 140 Denow Rd., Lawrenceville, N.J. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Ethel’s name to The Camp Nejeda Foundation of the New Jersey Diabetes Association, P.O.
