Barabara Stefanie Ann Kramarz, 75, of Hamilton, passed away at her home on Saturday. Born in Hamilton, she was a lifelong resident as well. Barbara is an alumna of Holy Cross Grammar School, Cathedral High School, Rider College, and Mercer County Community College. She taught at high schools in Czestochowa and Poznan, Poland. She was a Senior Administrative Assistant at Mercer County Community College, where she retired after 25 years of service. Barbara was also employed at the State of New Jersey Inheritance Tax Bureau, RCA Military Research, and Educational Testing Service Center in Princeton. She was a Confidential Aide to Stanley E. Rutkowski, Mercer County Prosecutor. Barbara is a member of St. Hedwig Parish in Trenton. She was honored to be selected along with her husband Walt to accompany Governor Thomas Kean to Rome for a private audience with Pope John Paul II. Barbara was a Eucharistic Minister and full-time volunteer Secretary for several years at Holy Cross Parish in Trenton. Barbara is a member of the Friends of the Hamilton Township Library and the Polish Arts Club of Trenton. She loved and enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren, Barbara enjoyed gardening, sewing, and reading. She loved and missed her dog Toto. Daughter of the late Stanley and Stefania Mydlowski, Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Walter Kramarz of Hamilton, her two sons; Walter Kramarz and his wife Lisa of Nederland, Colorado, and John Kramarz and his wife Karen, and granddaughters Katie and Kellie, all of Ewing. She is also survived by her sister, Claire Pasierb of San Antonio, Texas, her sister-in-law, Antoinette Mydlowski of Trenton, her nieces; Lillian Edolo of Pennington, Marilyn Stepien of Trenton, Mary Goepfert and her husband Paul of Hamilton, Cathy Mydlowski of Trenton, and Anita Moses of Port Neches, Texas, her nephew, Gary Pasierb his wife Rita of San Antonio, Texas, and several grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins. Barbara was predeceased by her sister, Helen Stepien of Trenton, her brother Anthony Mydlowski of Trenton, and her aunt, Sister Mary Elmira, a Felician nun of Lodi. Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 AM from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A Mass of Christian Burial for Barbara will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM at St. Hedwig Church in Trenton with Rev. Dr. Jacek Labinski, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate Spiritual Bouquets and your prayers.
