Obituary of Mary Alice Rossi

Mary Alice Rossi, 85, passed away Wednesday surrounded by loving members of her family Born in Princeton, she resided most of her life in Lawrenceville before moving to Surf City ten years ago. Mary Alice was a graduate of Trenton High School and the St. Francis School of Nursing class of 1946. She was a volunteer with the Lawrence Township Emergency 1st Aid Squad for many years. Daughter of the late James and Mary Delahanty Blaine, loving mother of the late Michael F. Rossi and beloved wife of the late Michael A. Rossi, she is survived by two daughters Margaret Rossi and her husband Pasquale Lerro and Maribeth Brodowski and her husband Bruce. Also surviving are a sister-in-law, Rose Belviso and a nephew Larry Belviso. Also survived by Nancy and George Martin, godson John Martin and many cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at The Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Entombment will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum in Hamilton. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 9:30 to10:30 in the daily chapel at the church. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions in Mary Alice’s memory be made to the American Cancer Society, 3076 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 or to the Holy Redeemer Hospice, 12265 Townsend Road, Philadelphia, PA. 19154.
