Genevieve C. Boron, 83 of Pennington, passed into God’s loving hands on August 2, 2011. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Genevieve lived in Rahway, Westfield and then moved to Park Ridge, NJ where she and her family resided for 15 years. She moved to Lakehurst, NJ in 1982 to enjoy her retirement with her husband Stanley. Genevieve, who was affectionately known by her family and friends as “Jinx”, was married to Stanley for 52 years, before his passing in 2002. Genevieve worked as a telephone operator until she found her greatest calling as loving wife to Stan and devoted mother to her four children. Daughter of the late Stanley and Agnes (Krzychowiec) Kaczorowski. Genevieve was the youngest of Agnes and Stanley’s eight children: Jerome, Walter, Stanley, Joseph, Michael, and surviving siblings Bruno and Josephine. Genevieve is survived by her two sons and daughter–in-laws, Thomas and Patricia Boron of Roxbury, CT; Gregory and Suzanne Boron of Naples FL. : two daughters and son-in-laws, Eileen and Thomas Haley of Andover, MA and Denise and Edward DeLoca of Lawrenceville, NJ.; seven grandchildren, Gregory Boron, Christopher Boron and his wife Alexis, Catherine Ehret and her husband Damon, Dr. James Boron, Nicole DeLoca, Matthew Dowgiallo, Meghan Dowgiallo and two great grandchildren Caroline and Colin Ehret. Genevieve was also survived by her dear friend Kitty Fellows and her Stony Brook family; Val Chando and her Taylor Commons “Earth Angels” who treated “Jinx” with such compassion and dignity for the past seven years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM at the Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Interment will be private. Relatives and friends may call on Monday from 6 to 8 PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 Memorial contributions may be made to Lawrenceville Presbyterian Cooperative Nursery School Capital Campaign Fund. 2688 Main Street, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 Donations can be made out to “LPCNS” in memory of Genevieve Boron.
