Obituary of Peggy Suzanne Campbell

Peggy Suzanne Campbell, 70, of Hamilton Township, died Tuesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Trenton, she was an area resident all of her life. Peggy was the office manager for thirty-two years with Town & Country Aluminum Center Inc. in Hamilton. She was a certified SCUBA diver and a member of the Trenton Ski Club. Peggy was a proud member of the Ewing High School class of 1958 and served actively with the reunion committee. Daughter of the late William and Marian Dows Griggs, she is survived by her children Dru Ellyn Leber and her husband Richard Leber Jr., Peter Charles Campbell and his fiancée Birgitta Hedin, Brian William Campbell and his companion Mary Durst, and Suzanne Patricia Campbell and her companion Jeffrey Sullivan. Also surviving are eight grandchildren Jacqueline Dukes, Ryan, Richard and Daniel Leber, Jamie Griggs Campbell, Jacob Ryan Campbell, Gianna Durst and Ashlynn Durst, her six great grandchildren, a sister Joan Bailey, and several nieces nephews and cousins. The funeral will be held on Saturday at 2 PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville with Reverend Dawn Flippen, pastor of the Slackwood Presbyterian Church officiating. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions in Peggy’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A tribute account has been established under Peggy’s name.
