Obituary of John A. Vendetti

John A. Vendetti Jr., 77, of Hamilton died Thursday at his son’s home in Hamilton. Born in Albany NY and a former resident of Lawrenceville and Jackson, he was most recently a resident of Hamilton. Mr. Vendetti was a Laborer with the Construction and General Laborers Local 172 in Trenton. Son of the late John A. and Filomena Miele Vendetti Sr., husband of the late Marie “Pinky” Hopkins Vendetti, he is survived by his companion, Anne Richardson, his three sons: John Vendetti and his fiancé Denise MacMillan, Robert “Merc” Vendetti and his companion Jody Brooks, and Joseph Vendetti and his fiancé Donna Arrigo, and four grandchildren; John Vendetti IV, Liamarie, Vincent, and Taryn Vendetti Also surviving is his sister, Gloria Allegretta, his step brother, Joseph Bianchini, and two step sisters; Marie Bianchini and Johanna Raines, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Mary Jane Freed, and his step father, Dominic Bianchini. His funeral service will be held on Monday at 12 noon at Poulson & Van Hise, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, with Rev Daniel Houde, pastor of the Church of the Incarnation, officiating. Burial will be in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 4 PM to 6PM at the funeral home.
