A great loss to the community of musicians, friends and neighbors. For our family, Mr. Hatrak became all of the above. For us, he was first and foremost an extraordinary music teacher to our sons Daniel and Paul. They live far away, but remember him with great affection and respect for what he taught them. Long after the boys moved away, Mr.Hatrak,Eddie, continued to be a friend. I cherished the visits we had over the nearly 30 years. His memory lives bright in our hearts and the music we create with him in mind. Thank you for all.
