Theodore D.""Ted"" Forman Jr., 84, of Robbinsville, died Saturday at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center at Hamilton. Born in Derby, CT., he grew up in White Plains, New York and lived in Massachusetts prior to moving to Lawrenceville in 1965. He resided in Lawrenceville until moving to Robbinsville seven years ago. Ted was graduate of Fordham Preparatory School in Bronx, New York and received his B.S at the Philadelphia College of Textiles & Sciences. He was an Army veteran of WW II and served with the 10th Mountain Division where he received the Bronze Star Medal. Ted was in textile sales most of his life and worked for Black Stone Webbing in New York City and later as a sales representative with Weidel Realty in Princeton. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Ted especially loved his morning get togethers at the Mastoris Diner in Bordentown. He was a proud member of the 10th Mountain Division Association and the Mercer County Ducks Unlimited. Son of the late Theodore D. Sr. and Elizabeth Degnan Forman and husband of the late Genevieve Keefe Forman, he is survived by his wife Francine Ludmer Forman, three daughters Mary Beth DiBiase and her husband Dr. John DiBiase, Kathryn Forman-Smith and her husband Paul, and Nancy Anderson and her husband Timothy; three stepchildren Michael Friedland and his wife Andrea, and Julie and Lauren Friedland. Also surviving are eight grandchildren; Michael DiBiase and his wife Robin, Matthew, Kathleen, and Megan DiBiase, Jennifer Besserman and her husband Joshua, Jaclyn Hensler, Jeremy and Kyle Anderson and two step grandchildren Chelsie and Devin Friedland and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Tuesday at 7 PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Burial will be on Wednesday in the Mount St. Peters Cemetery in Derby, CT.
