Judith Peter Wolfinger, 68, of Washington Crossing, Pa died Wednesday in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania from complications of leukemia. Born in Red Bank, NJ Judy resided in Washington Crossing for the past 32 years. She was a graduate of Cedar Crest College, Class of 1963 and later earned her MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Judy was associated with Mercer Medical Center, Trenton, in human resources for many years and continued her long and successful career in hospital administration at The Carrier Foundation in Belle Mead, NJ as Vice President until her retirement in 2008. Judy was an active member and served as treasurer of the Ascension Lutheran Church in Newtown, Pa. She was also an enthusiastic supporter of the A.A.U.W. Upper Makefield chapter. Daughter of the late John and Viola Watts Connerty, wife of the late Edward E. Peter, she is survived by her husband, Richard L. Wolfinger, stepchildren, Edward E. Peter and his wife Asta of Placerville, CA; Terry Seidensticker and her husband John of Tampa, Fl; Kim Conti and her husband George of Yardley; Angel Miller and her husband Kevin of Penndel, Pa; Richard G. Wolfinger of Levittown and Misty Wolfinger also of Levittown; 5 step-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and a dear, special adopted daughter Joanne Burger and her husband Bill of Yardley, Pa.
