Nancee G. Sherman, 54, died Sunday at the University Medical
Center at Princeton.
Born in Cortland, NY to the late William J. Griffiths and Joanne
Griffiths Jack, she lived in Boston, MA for twenty years before moving
to Lawrenceville, NJ seven years ago. Nancee was a beloved employee of
the Princeton Public Library. After graduating from Horseheads High
School in Horseheads, NY, she received her bachelorÃ?Æ?Ã?â??Ã?â??Ã?¢Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã?¡Ã?â??Ã?¬Ã?Æ?Ã?¢Ã?¢ââ??¬Ã?¾Ã?â??Ã?¢s degree from SUNY
Oswego. Nancee loved books, music, the Red Sox, movies, the ocean,
pigs, potatoes, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Gordon F. Sherman, two
daughters: Laura and Emily, her mother, Joanne, one sister and two
brothers: Wendee J. Manderscheid, William J. and Thomas R. Griffiths;
and her mother and father-in-law, Delores and Gordon Sherman Sr.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 6:30
p.m. at the Princeton Public Library located on 65 Witherspoon Street
in Princeton, NJ.
Memorial contributions may be made to Princeton Public Library,
Princeton, NJ.
Arrangements are under the direction of Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, Lawrenceville.
