Carol Ann Moore, 58, of Pennington, passed away at her home on Thursday, May 7, 2009.
Born in Jersey City, she was an area resident most of her life.
Carol attended Notre Dame College of Staten Island, and went on to earn her bachelors degree from Livingston College of Rutgers University. She earned a Masters degree from the former Trenton State College and a Master of Letters from Breadloaf School of English at Middlebury College.
Carol taught in several school districts, including Robbinsville schools, Lawrence Middle School and Trenton Central High School. She also taught Catechism classes at The Church of St. Ann and was a Certified Massage Therapist.
Carol was very proud of her academic achievements and enjoyed teaching very much. She was a member of the NJEA and was listed in Who's Who Among American Teachers.
Daughter of the late W. Robert Moore and Marion Tonne Moore, Carol is survived by her cousin, Patricia Wescott of Hernando, Florida, and a host of caring friends
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 16, 2009, at 10 a.m. at The Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Burial will be private.
Friends may call on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the daily chapel of The Church of St. Ann.
