Mary Baker Bekarciak, 92, of Lawrenceville, died on Sunday at St. Joseph's Skilled Nursing at Morris Hall. Born in South Trenton, she was a Lawrenceville resident most of her life. Having worked at the Horsman Doll Factory for a number of years, she retired from Westinghouse Electric in 1970 after 25 years of service in the quality control department. She was a longtime member of St. Hedwig Church. Mrs. Bekarciak enjoyed her home, gardening, and most of all, the time she spent with her family. Daughter of the late Eliah and Mary Csogi Madacsi, and wife of the late Raymond J. Bekarciak, she if survived by her son and daughter-in-law; Ray and Mary Jane Bekarciak, her grandchildren; Mark Bekarciak and his wife Vanessa, and Sharon Bekarciak, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters; Ann Palumbo, Betty Magyar, Veronica Boszak, and Helen Packlaian. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 AM at The Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Assumption Cemetery, Hamilton. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until time of Mass, in the daily chapel of The Church of St. Ann. Memorial contributions may be made to The Church of St. Ann, Faith Development Center, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
