Darlene M. Byrne, 88, of Lawrenceville died peacefully Friday, June 28, 2024 at Homestead at Hamilton.

Born in Lawrenceville, Darlene was a lifelong resident of Lawrenceville.  Darlene retired from Princeton Day School in 2005, after many years of service. Darlene was a loving mother, aunt, grandmother, and lifelong friend to many.

It is said that wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories, Darlene has a never-ending trail of beautiful memories…

Daughter of the late Mildred Smith and Michael Palmere, and brother Vince Palmere, and sister Phyllis Bailey, and former husband Elvin Byrne. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Bethanne Byrne, Brenda Gladwell, and Debora Byrne; several grandchildren; her sister Merle Van Houten; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held privatley.
