My heart aches for your sweet boy. Michael was an amazing young man. When we moved into the neighborhood, he introduced himself and showed us the `sweet spots´ in the woods (where the foxes lived). I remember watching him run through our back yard into the woods many afternoons. He was a gentle kid and helped where he could-he shared his experience about transitioning from middle school to high school when my kiddos were having trouble. He spent hours playing basketball out front teaching my boy to play -he was so patient and kind. He will be missed. My hope is that the entire family is surrounded by love and can be comforted in your memories of happy times. I am so sorry for your loss. -bobbi jo defelice

I babysat Michael every day when he was a toddler. Even though I haven't seen him a long while, he has always held a special place in my heart. He was the sweetest little boy. My heart is broken for Heather, Mark and the rest of the family. Michael, I loved you like you were my own son and always loved having you at my house. You will always be in my heart. I loved talking to Mike everyday. He would either walk past my house or ride his bike. Mike was a very polite young man always waving to me or stopping to talk. It was great talking to him about his Boxing Career n what his plans were when he graduated HS. Mike I will miss u dearly ur big smile n laugh. You always made my day. You are now an Angel in heaven. I am sadden because u left us so soon. Love your friend and neighbor Bert Hancock !!
