Al was a senior engineer at NAPC when I graduated from college and started working in his branch in 1987. He was someone I looked up to professionally and personally. He was cheerful and caring in the work place and always had time to help me with advice. I moved to Maryland in 1994 and lost touch with most of the folks I worked with in Trenton that stayed behind. I am glad to know that Al continued to live a good life after retirement and offer my condolences to his family. He was one of my favorites when I worked in Trenton.

My mother, Peggy Cahill, is a resident at The Terraces and both she and I remember Alex fondly. He always had pep in his step as he walked the hallways with his walker.
Certainly sounds as if Alex enjoyed a full and rewarding life and that his stories, values, loyalty to sports teams and love of family will live on in all of you.....what a legacy.

Alex was a great man. He always made sure he stopped by my desk at Morris Hall with water and Ginger Ale to keep me hydrated. There were several times that Alex would just sit next to me and we’d talk for awhile about different things. One of those things were his family. Alex allowed me to get a glimpse into his past and shared many memories with me.
Alex will be truly missed.
To Alex’s entire family, you are all in my thoughts. May you find comfort in all the good memories you share.
