Fine member of the Ewing Municipal Complex, he was a fair and just code enforcer, and good customer who never
Held a grudge against no one. The great ones of Ewing are gone, him, Jake Garzio, Blacey Cammaratta, Dick Weasner,
And all others I can't at this time remember except Al Bridges. Rest well William, your new life in Christ is just beginning.
