Obituary of Patricia Ann Slack

Patricia Ann Slack, 87, Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Penn Medicine Princton Hospital, Plainsboro, NJ. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a longtime resident of Hamilton. She is a retiree of American Reliance Insurance Company, where she was an insurance rater for many years. Patricia was a member of the Honor Society in high school, was a longtime diving coach and mentor for the Ben Franklin Swim Club and enjoyed reading to the blind. Patricia was an avid support of the ASPCA and Popcorn Zoo. She also supported many Wildlife and Nature Centers, and was a volunteer at Lawrenceville Nursing Home for many years. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Daughter of the late Maurice and Junia Wood, wife of the late Chester Slack; she is survived by her children and their spouses Barbara and Robert Murawski, Terri Slack and Jeff Ciemniecki, and Patrick and Cindy Slack; her sister Sonya Zaborniak; her grandchildren John Murawski, Zackary Ciemniecki, Christa Felch, and Brian Slack; her great-grandchildren Isaac and Rosalie Felch, and Alison and Emily Slack; several close nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the ASPCA www.aspca.org
