Zofia Rynkowska, 83, of Chesterfield, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Chorzele, Poland, she immigrated to the United States in 1998. Zofia was a homemaker, caring for her children, and later her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a longtime parishioner at St. Hedwig Church.

Daughter of the late Boleslaw and Jadwina Chmielinski, wife of the late Edward Rynkowski; she is survived by her children Betty and John Dziegielewski, Elizbieta and Andrzej Krupa, John and Ewa Rynkowski, Ewa and Bogdan Adamczyk and Ania and Artur Brajczewski; her siblings Marian Chmielinski, Alicja Sikorska and Janina Wasilewska; her grandchildren Karol, Andrzej, Kamila, and Karolina Krupa, Steve Aldona, John Paul, Katarzyna Dziegielewski, Paul, Peter, Philip, Patrick and Kristen Rynkowski, Elizabeth and Kevin Morrison, Michael Draps, Nicole and Oscar Brajczewski; her great grandchildren Olivia, Philip, Julia, Amelia, Arya, John Patrick, Valerie, Antos and Max; and several relatives and friends in the United States and Poland.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.

Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing Twp.

The visitation for Zofia will be held on Friday evening from 5-8 PM and Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
