Obituary of Bettyjane Ramsdell

Bettyjane Ramsdell, formerly of Morrisville, Pa, passed away on Saturday March 18, 2023 at the age of 99. Known as Jane, she was born in Bethlehem, PA, the daughter of the late Madeline I. (Craven) and Stephen J. Sullivan, wife of the late Robert C. Ramsdell, and the mother of the late Barbara (Babs) Ramsdell. She was a graduate of Moravian Academy and Moravian College, Bethleham, PA, and the Johnson School of Piano in Allentown, PA. Jane was a resident of Bucks County for 62 years. Before her retirement, she was an employee of the American Reliance Insurance Company. She was a past president of the New Jersey Association of Mutual Insurance Women. She was a longtime and active member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Trenton, NJ. Of her several hobbies she enjoyed gardening and needlepoint, but her foremost interests were music and travel abroad with her family. Requiem Eucharist and Burial Office will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 11 AM in All Saints Chapel at Trinity Cathedral, 801 West State Street, Trenton, NJ 08618. Attendees are asked to arrive to the church by 10:45AM. There will be no visitation prior to services. Burial will be private in Bethlehem, PA.
