Greg retired from the State of NJ in 2007 after 36 years of service as an IT analyst with NJDOT in Ewing and OIT at the Riverview Complex. In retirement, with his late wife, Bernadette, he became a caregiver to family, especially to their parents. He was always there to give a helping hand to everyone. Greg was a member of St. Hedwig Church and The Church of St. Ann. He was a member of St. Hedwig’s Holy Name Society and a member of St. Ann’s K of C, Council 7000. He volunteered his time to the St. Ann’s library, parish staff and taught CCD classes at St. Hedwig’s parish for many years.

Greg enjoyed all Philadelphia sports, especially the Phillies and Eagles and participated in Phillies Dreamweek in 1989 and he loved all Princeton sports. In 1994 he became one of the first Trenton Thunder game day employees, working in the Ticket office there for seven years. Greg was an avid reader of history and would amaze his friends with his knowledge of trivia especially TV and old movies. He enjoyed music, songs from the 60’s, the Beatles, Neil Diamond and of course, listening to Happy Louie’s polkas. He enjoyed watching classic movies, doing jigsaw and crossword puzzles and proud that he taught himself to play the piano. Around the holidays Greg loved to bake especially when it came to his Thanksgiving apple and pumpkin pies. But most of all he loved being G-Pots to his grandsons, Zachary and Matthew.

Predeceased by his parents, John and Wanda Bac, and wife, Bernadette, Greg is survived by his daughter Allison (Patrick) Wisnom, grandsons, Zachary and Matthew Wisnom, brother, Dennis (Nanette) Bac, his dearest friend and companion through the senior years, Ann Marie Winarski, dear friend, Fr.
