Obituary of Joseph Wayne Hopkins

Joseph Wayne Hopkins, 65, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Saturday July 9, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Trenton, NJ he was a lifetime resident of the Lawrenceville area. Joseph was a retiree from the State of New Jersey where he served as a Network Engineer before retiring in 2016. Joseph is predeceased by his parents Joseph Oliver (Ollie) Hopkins and Betty Hopkins; and grandson Jason Oliver Swick. He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia Hopkins; daughters Emily and Briana Hopkins, son Joseph Hopkins; granddaughter Ava Gautier; sister Susan Hopkins Basile; as well as many other beloved family members and friends. A memorial service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
