Obituary of Marie N Emma

Marie N. Emma, 93, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, she was a long-time resident of Ewing Township. She retired from the New Jersey Department of Transportation, where she was the Research Librarian. Marie was the wife of the late Samuel A. Emma, daughter of the late Samuel and Caroline (Morgante) Moscarello and sister of the late Michael S. Moscarello. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Karen Romanowsky, Kenneth (Tatiana) Emma, Michele (Dennis) Ionata and Salvatore (Elizabeth) Emma; four grandchildren, Amy (Robert) Valentino, Michael Romanowsky, Gordon (Jessica) Emma and Max Emma; and four great-grandchildren. Marie’s viewing will be Friday, June 10, 2022, 9 to 11 a.m., at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, N.J. 08648. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon, Friday, June 10, at St. James Church, 29 East Paul Avenue, Trenton, N.J. 08638. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton, N.J.
