Clara Eunice Ortega, 70, of Lawrenceville died peacefully on Saturday at home surrounded by her family. Born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and a former resident of Belle Mead, she had resided in Lawrenceville for the past six years. Clara Eunice graduated from San Carlos University in Guatemala City. She was a CPA for the Guatemalan Department of Finance for many years before retiring. She was very fond of the arts and loved to paint. She was very active with the Spanish Ministry at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Princeton, NJ where she was an Extraordinary Minister. One of her passions was to help poor children in Honduras through ""Comedores Infantiles"" (Dining Room for Children), which she helped sponsor through local donations. Daughter of the late Esther Ortega she is survived by her sister Luisa Batres, daughter Clara Maria Gaitan and her husband Mario, son Julio Fion and his wife Amanda, daughter Gladys Fion-Wagner and her husband Richard, her grandchildren: Guillermo, Julio Jr. and Allyson Fion, Alex, Gabrielle and Sabrina Gaitan and Megan and Emily Wagner, her great grandchild Leah Fion and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 2 PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. www.poulsonvanhise.com Memorial contributions may be made to Clara's favorite charity, ""Comedores Infantiles"" (Dining Room for Children),""Father Vicente Perris"" Apartado 2456, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and here in NJ checks can be made to Fr.
