Adele Domanski, 97, of Ewing, passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center, Trenton, NJ.
Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong resident of Ewing Twp. Adele retired after 50 years of dedicated service with the New Jersey State Police, where she was employed as administrative assistant. Adele was a lifelong parishioner at St. Hedwig Church and served on numerous committees. She was the President and Treasurer of the Altar Rosary Society, an extraordinary minister of the Holy Eucharist and was a former CCD teacher. Adele volunteered countless hours at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, and Deborah Heart and Lung Center. She was a former Girl Scout Troop Leader.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria Domanski, sister of the late Victoria Domanski, Joseph Domanski, Arthur Domanski, Robert Domanski, Dorothy McChesney and Helen Hannon; she is survived by ten nieces and nephews Wayne Hannon, Gary Hannon, and Robert Hannon, Karen Dow, Jeanne Hogan, Sheri Baird, JoAnn Hathazi, Scott McChesney, Tori Ondo and Cindy Cieri; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 17, 2022, at 11:00AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.
Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Hamilton Twp.
Visitation for Adele will be held on Sunday, January 16, 2022, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and on Monday morning from 9:00 - 10:00 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Hedwig Church 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.
