Marvin A. Marquart, 79, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell. Born in Peoria, Ill, he was a longtime resident of Lawrenceville. He is a retiree of International Flavors and Fragrances, where he was a chemist for many years Some of his hobbies included woodworking, listening to music, sending jokes to family and friends and ski trips to Smugglers Notch, VT. Predeceased by his parents Emil and Caroline Marquart his brothers Glenn and Wayne Marquart, his nephew David Marquart; he is survived by his wife Linda; his children and their spouses Tammy and Dan Grillon, and Todd and Kathy Marquart; his grandchildren Amanda and Alexis Grillon, and Artemis, Eric, and Matthew Marquart; his sister-in-law Nina Marquart; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 4:00PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Interment will be held privately. The viewing for Marvin will be on Saturday afternoon from 2-4PM at the funeral home. Please follow social distancing guidelines and masks must be worn at all times.
