Ms. Dolan retired from Governmental Affairs Dept. at Public Service Electric and Gas Co in Newark, NJ. Lois was known to be kind, smart, warm, curious, helpful and very independent. She had a reputation for standing up for herself and fighting her own battles. She was a proud yet humble human being and was a friend to all, often reaching out to help other seniors in her building. She was a devout Christian and a member of St. Ann’s Church in Lawrenceville. She was also a pupil at the Art Centre of NJ under artist Al Bross of New Vernon, NJ. At that time the school was located in East Orange, NJ now with facilities at Riker Hill in Livingston, NJ where she painted with the art group. Lois is the mother of Phung Kim Trieu and grandmother to Elizabeth Agramonte and John Tran and great-grandmother to Mya, Eliana and Elias. And sister to the late Jack Dolan.
