Gertrude Farley Stark, 89, of Ewing Township died Thursday at home.
Born in Harrison, New Jersey she was a former resident of Lawrenceville before moving to Ewing 41 years ago.
Gertrude was employed as a supervisor of financial services for Educational Testing Service of Princeton having retired in 1985 after 20 years of service.
She was a member of the Church of St. Ann, it?s sewing group and a past president of the Altar Rosary Society. Gertrude was also a member of the ?Busy Cees?, the Ewing Township Senior Citizens Club.
Daughter of the late Michael and Helen Greengrove Farley, wife of the late Clifford F. Stark and mother of the late Ellen A. Price, she is survived by her daughters; Kathleen S. Moore and her husband Robert D. of Murrells Inlet, S.C., and Judith J. Stark of Brigantine; six grandchildren, Christopher M. Sawasky and his wife Lenore, Jeffrey S. Sawasky and his wife Nancy, Timothy A. Moore and his wife Paula, Jennifer E. Moore, Joseph A. Price, IV, and Melissa M. Falzone and her husband Alex; nine great-grandchildren, Amanda E. Sawasky, Erin E. Sawasky, Dean C. Sawasky, Emily P. Moore, Laura K. Moore, Isabella E. Falzone, Zandair E. Watkins, Stephanie K. Falzone and Allison G. Moore.
Gertrude?s funeral will be held on Monday beginning at 10 AM from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM in the Church of St. Ann, Lawrenceville. Entombment will follow in St. Mary?s Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton.
Friends may call on Sunday from 5 to 8 Pm at the funeral home.
