To the Krawczun Family,
My condolences go out to each of you. My memories of your dad and grandfather will never be forgotten.
From the early days when he took Debbie and me to Villa Capri for pizza to the shore houses in Mystic Island, we always had a great time and a lot of laughs. I will miss conversing with Walt, hanging out on the bench outside trying to solve the world’s problems and asking his advice on things.
I am forever grateful for the generosity and hospitality that was shown to me and my family for the past 50 years. The door was always open. I’ll always remember all the Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations and singing the Polish songs, for they were memories that are priceless!
Mr. Krawczun was another staple in the neighborhood that reminds me of my youth. It saddens me to see another loss. May you now be reunited with your wife. You will truly be missed and Mystic Island won’t be the same without you, but I’ll always think of you when hearing your favorite song “What a Day This Has Been!”

Dear Rich,
My condolences on reading about your Dad. At City Hall or with AFSCME, he always greeted me with open arms, a great sense of humor, and heart warming kindness. He was someone I'll never forget.

Dear Richard, I am so sorry to read of the death of your Dad. I know how proud he was of you. When he was an employee of the City of Trenton, I always saw him as being in a very good mood, just a happy person. Such a characteristic was not a universal one. Ironically, I never read obituaries, assuming I will not know anyone. Today, they came to my attention and your Dad was the first to appear. There is a message there. I hope you are well and happy. I don’t know where you’ve moved onto professionally, but wherever that is, I trust you are content and doing your always best job. Please accept my condolences, for you and your family.
Sincerely, Betty Holland
