John M. Simonelli, 75, died Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, Atlantic City, NJ.
Born in Trenton, NJ, he was a longtime area resident of Lawrence Township before moving to Atlantic City. John is a retiree of the Lawrence Township Police Department where he served for many years.
Son of the late Dominic and Lena Simonelli, brother of the late Michael Simonelli, Dominic Simonelli, Jr. he is survived by his sister Marie and her husband Larry Dougherty; his sisters-in-law Dorothea Simonelli and Marge Simonelli along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the corona virus pandemic and restrictions with gatherings, funeral services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
