Obituary of Merry Carol D'Amico

Merry Carol D’Amico (Miller) age 83, passed away on August 7, 2019 at home, surrounded by her loving family and beloved pets, following a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. 

She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Madeline Miller, loving husband Raymond D’Amico Sr. and son Raymond D’Amico Jr. as well as her siblings, Charlotte, William, Charles (Red), Betty, Margaret and Forrest.

Born in Lambertville, NJ on Christmas day 1935, she spent her life in Mercer County.  She attended and graduated from Trenton High and married the love of her life Ray, in 1955.  Merry was a member of the Alter Rosary Society at the Church of Saint Ann and worked in the lunch room at St. Ann’s School for many years.  She loved to travel to see plays, musicals and other sights with the Lawrence Senior Clubs, as well as going out for Hot Fudge Sundae’s with her family.

Merry is survived by her children: Julia Ann D’Amico and Nanette Lieggi of Ewing, Nancy and Pasquale Anzalone of NC, Mary Ellen D’Amico of AZ, Vincent and Karin D’Amico of FL, Michael and Mike D’Amico of AZ, Jennifer and Scott Spyker of OH, Melissa D’Amico of NJ.  As well as her siblings Jimmy Miller and Patti Healey, brother-in-law John and Margaret D’Amico and sisters-in-law Joan Miller and Mary DePagnier of NJ and Barbara D’Amico of FL; 8 grandchildren, Daniela, Tina, Antonio, Raymond, Tara, Amanda, Austin and Peyton, 6 great grandchildren, Emily, Riley, Hunter, Katelyn, Nicole and Raelynn, her special niece Madeline Campo and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Merry on Tuesday, August 13th at 11 AM at the Church of Saint Ann, 1253 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville NJ 08648. Entombment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Mausoleum, 400 Woolsey Ave Trenton, New Jersey. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 in the daily chapel at the Church of St. Ann.
