Charles Park, 74, of Lawrenceville passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 with his loving wife by his side.

Born in Princeton, NJ, to Russell W. and Helen L. Park, he lived in Lawrenceville his entire life.

He was a graduate of West Virginia University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Forestry.  Charlie was retired, previously employed as a land surveyor for Thomas Tyler Moore Associates and later for Hopewell Valley Engineering and Siteworks.  He was an avid New York sports fan who followed the Yankees and Giants. He also enjoyed watching his children play sports through the years, taking his dog to the park, and trying to out-wit the deer that ate his garden.

He’s survived by his wife, Anne (Scarafile) Park; his son, Charles D. Park and wife Ashley of Hamilton; his daughter, Katharine Park of Lawrenceville; his grandchildren, Savanna Marie and Charlotte Lynn Park, who was named for their Gramps; his brother, Russell W. Park and wife Mickey; his nephews and their wives Russell W. (Karen) and Samuel (Sarah) Park; his mother-in-law, Dolores Harbourt; and his brother and sister-in-law, Johann and Mimi Rudzitis, along with many extended family members and friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 from 5pm to 7pm at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Rd., Lawrenceville, N.J.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at the Lawrenceville Cemetery, following a procession from the funeral home at 10am.
