Obituary of Lillian E. Fessler

Lillian E. Fessler, 92, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at home.

Born in Frederick, MD, she was a former resident of Trenton and West Windsor, before moving to Lawrenceville 51 years ago.  Lillian retired from Helen Fuld Medical Center, where she was employed as the Director of Volunteer services for many years.  Some of her hobbies included playing bridge, golf, reading and crossword puzzles.  She enjoyed trips to the Borgata and was a scratch-off ticket enthusiast.    

Predeceased by her parents Clayton and Ann Grossnickle, her husband Dean W. Fessler, Sr., her daughter Carol Ann Fessler Hardy; she is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law Dean W. Fessler, Jr. and Danny and Kathleen Fessler; three grandsons Patrick, Andrew and Sean; several family members and friends from her hometown Frederick Maryland.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday morning at 10:00AM at Ewing Cemetery, 78 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ 08638.  Interment will immediately follow.  Attendees are asked to arrive at the cemetery no later than 9:45AM.

The viewing for Lillian will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 5-7 PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
