Obituary of Jennie Martillotti

Jennie Martillotti, 89, passed into God’s care on April 9, 2019.  A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. 

The daughter of the late Gaspare and Anna Bossio, she was born in Belmonte Calabro, Italy and immigrated to the United States at the age of 17.  Jennie was proud of her Italian heritage.  She spent her life as a wife, mother and homemaker.  She enjoyed gathering with her family and celebrating holidays and life’s special occasions.  Her strong devotion and dedication to God allowed her to pass peacefully in her sleep.  Jennie was a longtime parishioner at The Church of St. Ann and a member of its’ Altar Rosary Society.

Wife of the late Joseph M. Martillotti; she is survived by her three loving sons and their families Bruno J. and Cynthia Martillotti, Joseph G. and Lucy Martillotti and Anthony G. and Kara Martillotti; her grandchildren Jared Martillotti, MD (Leah), Alyssa Pienciak (Dan), Joseph Martillotti, Jr., Justin Martillotti, Cole Martillotti and Ashley Martillotti; her great-grandchildren Nora, Katherine and Natalie; she enjoyed her close-knit relationship with her many relatives and friends, including her sister-in-law Marie Martillotti and her dear cousin Emma Bossio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 12 Noon at the Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Hamilton.

The viewing for Jennie will be held on Saturday morning from 9:15-11:30AM in the chapel at the church.
