Obituary of Margaret Mesaros

Margaret Mesaros passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 3rd, in the arms of her two daughters at home in Princeton NJ. She was two weeks shy of her 99th birthday. 

Margaret was a much loved and respected member of the Hungarian community and will be missed. She was the eldest of 7 children and leaves behind two sisters Irene and Joli, two daughters Valerie Mesaros (owner of Valerie’s European Spa) and Ibi Stineheart, 4 grandchildren Philip, Daniel, Monica, and Alexandra. 

Margaret was a poet, artist, and well known for her fortune telling through coffee grinds. She was the life of every party and was often sought out for her wisdom and bravery.

Funeral services will be held at Poulson Van Hise on April 8th at 11am with Reverend Laszlo Ujj officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, 95 Hopewell Wertsville Rd in Hopewell NJ. Reception will follow at the home of Valerie, her daughter.
