Obituary of Jennifer Kraemer-Smith

Jennifer Kraemer-Smith,45, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.

Born in Huntington, NY, she a former resident of the Poconos, before moving to Lawrenceville 12 years ago. She attended Alfred University, where she studied art and met her husband. Jennifer was employed as a Creative Director with Time for Kids Magazine in New York City.  She cherished the time spent with her children and was Class Mom for her children at their school in Lawrenceville.  Jennifer enjoyed baking, art, traveling and was an avid Star Wars fan.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband Brett Wylie Smith, her children Alden, Harry and Lizzy Smith; her mother and father Jennifer and Alan Kraemer; her siblings Alan Kraemer, Michael Kraemer and Kenneth Kraemer; her mother-in-law and her husband Andrea and Douglas Smith; her father-in-law and his wife Douglas and Joanne Smith; two brothers-in-law Todd Smith and Scott Smith, one sister-in-law Jennifer Durgin; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The viewing will be held today, Friday, February 1, 2019 from 4-8 PM and again on Saturday morning from 10-11 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. 

Funeral services will follow on Saturday morning at 11AM at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Lawrenceville Cemetery.
