Obituary of Anne M. Willett

Anne M. Willett, 57, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Compassionate Care Hospice, @ RWJ Hamilton.

Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong Lawrenceville resident.   She was a graduate of Lawrence HS, Class of 1979.   Anne retired from the State of NJ Department of Health, where she was employed as an administrative assistant.  She worked for some time as a Paralegal, having earned a degree from the Chubb Institute.  Anne enjoyed taking cruises and traveling to Greece, Italy, Paris, other European countries, various islands and was an avid animal lover.  She was an active member of the American Legion Post 414 Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed their picnics, the VFW Post 3022 and enjoyed attending their Saturday dinners and  picnics.  Anne also participated in other local fraternal organization events.

Predeceased by her parents Edwin and Margaret Willett; she is survived by her daughter Stephanie Chamberlain; her significant other John Podsiadlo; her cousin Debra Solek; numerous relatives, friends and her k-9 companion Hudson.

Funeral services will follow on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.

The viewing for Anne will be held on Friday morning from 9-11AM at the funeral home.
