Obituary of Sophie Murawski

Sophie Murawski, 92, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at home.

Born in Morrisville, PA, she was a resident of Lawrenceville for 66 years.  Prior to raising her family, Sophia was employed with Westinghouse in Trenton.  Some of her hobbies included trips to the beach, camping, bowling, gardening, going to the hairdresser and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Sophie was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, niece, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed.

Predeceased by her parents Anthony and Lottie Parcyjski, her husband John S. Murawski; she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Robert and Barbara Murawski; her grandchildren and their spouses Susan and Rick Buczkowski, Christine and Bill Vogel and John R. Murawski; two great grandchildren Sophia Buczkowski and Ryan Buczkowski; her aunt Helen Schill.

Visitation hours for Sophie will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 6-8PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
