I am sorry this is late but the last time I tried to write it, something went wrong with the computer.
To Tommy and all of Kathy's family:
My deepest sympathies for your loss. It is also a great loss for the Burd family. Kathy and Nolan (Butch) were a very happy couple and adored by all of us. Now they are together again and that should give us some comfort.
Love,
Peggy

My condolences to the family. Kathy was my father’s secretary for 30 years at Rider. I knew her pretty much my whole life, and have memories of her always being good to me. My dad spoke so highly of her. My thoughts are with your family.

It is so hard to believe that Kathy is gone. She will live on in my heart. I just found out today about her passing. She was a spunky, funny lady, who loved talking about lottery scratch offs, playing the slot machines in Atlantic City, and going to LBI on weekends with her beloved, Nolan. She loved and doted on her cats.
Kathy loved to talk about her family. She loved Rider. She will be greatly missed by all. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.
Love and blessings,
Brenda

Kathy was my late husband, Earle Rommel's super secretary for over 30 years at Rider. In addition, she was a neighbor and we attended Rider together. She, and Earle had a close relationship and both were always advocates for Rider. Kathy had a big heart and loved animals deeply. We often spoke of "Max" her Veterinarian, and her nephew, also a Vet, who helped to guide her with her animals needs. We visited Marty's Place not too long ago when she considered a place for her dog. She was considerate of me and made efforts to keep me in the loop after Earle passed. She would enjoy telling me her experience with Atlantic City as well as the lottery so I always included tickets with cards I sent her. She will be missed and she certainly left a legacy at Rider.
May she find Peace now that she is with Nolan, and her many departed animal friends. My deepest condolences to the family. Benita Rommel
