Thomas Dean Hartley, 43, of Lawrenceville, died Tuesday August 5th at home.

Born in Bellevue, PA., and a former Princeton resident, he had resided in Lawrenceville for three years.

He was an Executive Sous Chef with Flik International of Plainsboro.

Mr. Hartley was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Son of the late Lawrence and Dorris Schaffner Hartley, he is survived by two daughters Dorothy and Diana Hartley, a sister Jan Gordon and her husband Kenneth and his beloved companion of thirteen years Suzanne Straub. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.
