You have my condolences at this time. It is difficult to cope with the death of our loved ones. Soon death will be swallowed up forever as brought out at Isaiah 25:8. Along with that promise we have the hope of seeing those we have lost in death. Acts 24:15 promises that the loved ones we have lost to the enemy death will be resurrected to life here on earth. By meditating on God's promises we will find hope and strength to keep going.

Lauren was an amazing woman who touched many lives.
She helped many clients in her work with the Division of Developmental Disabilities and served as an advocate and mentor as well. She worked closely with various disabilities under the umbrella of
the NJ Division of Disabilities' Personal Assistance Services Program (PASP), providing routine, non-medical assistance to adults with disabilities who are students, employed, or involved in community volunteer work.
Blind herself since birth, she was a long-time member and officer of many blindness and advocacy groups. She was appointed by the Governor and served for many years on the State Rehabilitation Council, which is where I came to know her well.
Lauren has been a past officer of Mercer County Association of the Blind. For years she was an officer of The Friends of the NJ Library for the Blind and Handicapped and NJ Council of the Blind, serving as the President for a number of years. She also was very involved with other organization of and for the blind, acting as an advocate, mentor, and friend.
I will miss you forever, Lauren. Anne McArthur
