I will always remember Aunt Claire telling us, as children, to eat our dinner before we could have our milk so we wouldn't be too full to eat. When we got older and hosted holiday meals at our house, Aunt Claire would always ask what to bring and we always asked for her special coleslaw, the very best I ever ate. You will be so missed by all your family and friends.
Julia, what a great daughter. You took such good care of your mom, I am so sorry for you loss. Love always.

Aunt Claire, Ma Claire , was such a loving and giving person. Always a smile, never ever a complaint. Aunt Claire was like a second mother to me. Always lending a helping hand, always words of encouragement. A very special person that I will miss so so much. Jule, I am so sorry for your great loss, may she now Rest In Peace . I know she is with David and Uncle Jake and they will be watching over you every day. You were her life line and took such good care of her. ❤ Colleen

Claire always had an upbeat manner, a kind word and a smile for family and friends. She was known for her famous coleslaw and butter beans at Easter and Thanksgiving family dinners. She made the best standing rib roast for Christmas dinner. Claire will be greatly missed.
